My name is Carelyn Brazelton and I have been a Utah Commissioned Notary Public for 4 years and I am beginning my second term of commission. I am trained through the National Notary Association, bonded by the state of Utah and carry Errors & Omissions insurance.
I am happy to help with any documents pertaining to personal identity and presentation, including multi-stop notarizations that require signatures from doctors and patients. I hope to make your notarizations easy and secure.

It is prohibited to obtain more information from documents than is strictly necessary to complete the signing. Meaning that notaries cannot comment on or disclose information from the document beyond whether we witnessed a signature or not.

No client maybe turned away from acquiring Notary services as long as they pay the fee of $10. This means any notary you go to must notarize your documents even if they don't personally agree with contents of the document, moreover, a notary should not read documents.
